Hey, my name is Andrew Menechian, and I want to tell you a bit about me and how this method came to be.
I have over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, and have helped 100s of client achieve amazing results in a short time.
I began my career working in commercial gyms, where I progressed my way up the ranks to taking the role as Education Manager at Fitness Playground & the Head Coach of Clean Health Fitness Institute.
My specialty is in achieving maximal sustainable results in minimal time for clients. I've also mentored over 100 personal trainers, aiming to guide and educate those that also want to become elite level coaches.
I've also won & competed in many powerlifting and bodybuilding competitions with the most notable achievements being to win the 2015 IFBB Australasian's Men's Physique Tall Category, and unofficially broke the under 90kg RAW Australian Deadlift record at 320kg while weighing 89kg.
Ok, ok enough about me already, let's get into the Peak Performance Method...
